2020 Bunbury 3 Waters Running Festival

Dear 2020 3 Waters Running Festival Participant Due to the Convid-19 Pandemic it is with regret that we wish to advise the cancellation of the Bunbury 3 Waters Running Festival to be held on the 5th of April 2020. The health and safety of competitors, volunteers and the General Public is considered a priority to our club and we could not justify our event continuing. All registered participants will be contacted as soon as practicable regarding refunds. We wish to thank all participants, sponsors and volunteers for their support during this difficult period. On-line entries close 1st April 2020.

This year we are offering a 15% discount for family groups of 3 - 4 people (e.g. Mum, Dad and 2 children) entering any events of the day.

A 20% discount is available to all current HBF members.

Finishers Shirt - all Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra Marathon runners will receive a medal and a finishers shirt (if you registered before 1st March 2020} when crossing the finish line. If you register after this date you will not receive a shirt.

5km and 10km participants will receive an event memento when they cross the finish line.

Corporate Cup - Organisations please enter your teams. Once a team is created by the team leader members can sign up under that team name. Prizes are available. See our website for full details. The winning team will have the best time of the fastest 4 members of the team. Teams must be mixed with a maximum of 3 males per team.

School Challenge - The school with the largest number of participants will be awarded the School Challenge Cup. Schools please register your team online and students sign up at the school or online.  $10 per student.

Race-pack collection - Race packs can be collected on Saturday 4th April between 11am and 5pm.

Cut off time. Cut-off time for all events is 1PM. Road closures, aid stations and official timing ceases operation at this time.Participants in the full marathon and 50km ultra marathon events must reach the 3/4 mark (Ocean Drive water station in front of the Runner's club oval) before 11.30am after which a cut off will be imposed and they will be required to withdraw.

Parking on the Day. Due to road closures parking is not available at the Runners club or in the carpark opposite(during the event).  Please do not park in the nearby Officeworks carpark. There is plenty of parking in the centre of Bunbury and there are no parking fees or time restrictions on Sundays.

Please note: There will be a small addition credit card fee passed on to you.

Prize money:  This has doubled from previous years.

There is also a new category.  1st male and 1st female across the line will win an addition $250, they must be running in either the Ultra Marathon or the Marathon to be eligible.
