Registrations are now closed.
If the system does not recognise you as an affiliated fencer (i.e. you get an "Aw Snap" error at the affiliation verification web page), you need to first confirm that you have paid any debts owing to the AFF, then follow this up with your State Association (not the AFF) in order to avoid a late registration fee.

Any registration made here is subject to confirmation that you have (a) paid any mandatory State Entry Levy (NSW, Vic, Qld, WA fencers only), (b) are in good standing (e.g. your State affiliation has been paid), and (c) confirmed your availability for Team events (compulsory for WA fencers).  Should you have any questions regarding the compulsory State Entry Levy, please refer them to your State Fencing Association.

State levies for NSW, Vic, Qld and WA fencers must be paid at the same time as your registration, by selecting and paying for the relevant levy as an 'Optional Item'. State levies are charged on a per-fencer (not per event) basis.

Normal registrations will be accepted until the date specified on the "Online Registration" page on the AFF web site page, after which they will be considered "Late" (no exceptions): note the "Fees and Charges" information on the AFF web site (click here).

By participating in this event, you agree that you have been warned of the potential of being selected for anti-doping testing and you will comply with anti-doping testing if required. The testing process and your rights and responsibilities as an athlete are outlined in the ASADA General Testing Guidelines - click here.

The FIE requirements for fastening systems for masks (Rule m25.7) will apply to all AFC events from 1 January 2019 - click here for more information.

Fencers should also note the equipment requirements, podium presentation standards,  tournament rules + FAQs - click here for more information.
