Women's Skills Training  – Term 4, 2019

Want to improve your skills, looking for a good workout in a fun and social environment?

Women Skills Training is perfect for players new to the game as well as those who have played for years and still keen to improve. 

  • Friday morning program @ 9.30am @ Lindfield (8 weeks)

Refer a friend new to women's skill training and receive a $15 XLR8 Credit

** We need a minimum of 10 players registered for the term per venue for the program to go ahead**

Session :

•                    Warm-up

•                    Skill Development

•                    Small Sided Games

The program will be run on artificial turf. Due to the artificial playing surface training sessions will NOT be cancelled due to wet weather. Numbers are limited.

Free trial sessions are available. You can join the program mid-term.
