This event is hosted by Mountain Sports P/L.
Refunds.
More than 60 days from the event – 50% refund.
59 days or less from the event date – No Refund – Transfer only.
Transfers will be done at the event.
Merchandise will not be posted out - you need to pick it up at the event. No refunds on merchandise.
Transfers
You always have the option to transfer your registration. Transfer cost is $25 and can be transferred to anyone who is eligible to enter the event. This can be done up until the final check in for the event. In the case of a late transfer - personalised items including Skyrunning Vest and bib may not be able to be adjusted to the new participant.

You may not ever compete under another person’s name. This is dangerous and can put yourself at major risk if injured as we will not have your medical information but rather info from another person. In the case you enter the event under another person’s name - you waiver all rights to event facilities.
In the event that the event course is, in the opinion of the event organisers or other governing authority, deemed unsafe (for example, but not limited to, by reason of heavy rain, high winds, bushfires, “acts of god”), organisers may, in their sole discretion, attempt to re‐route the course, find an alternative shortened course or cancel the event.
Organisers also reserve the right to cancel, re‐route or shorten the event or move the venue of the event for any other reason which may include but is not limited to environmental considerations, stake holder considerations, terrorism and war. If the event is cancelled, re‐routed or shortened or moved, no refund or transfer to another event will be made.
Due to the scale of each event and travel & commitment involved by competitors, it may not be practical to re‐schedule the event to any other weekend. Mountain Sports reserved the right to make the best decision possible in the case of a cancellation or reschedule.
Prizes
Prizes taken on the day cannot be exchanged through Mountain Sports or through a sponsoring party.
Prize presentations will be at the scheduled time for each event. If you are unable to attend the prize presentation – a random prize pack can be given to you in advance. This may or may not be to the advertised prize value as results are not yet confirmed.
Prize Money will be paid within 30 days of the finish of the event. In the case of an appeal, this will be heard up until 48 hours after the event at which time – no further correspondence will be heard and prizes will be allocated.
After prize money is paid – no further consultation will be entered into.
Prize Money is by direct deposit. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct banking details. Money paid into the wrong account by cause of incorrect details being supplied will incur any fees by the bank to re-acquire the funds and a delay may be incurred to redistribute the funds. Funds which are not recoverable due to incorrect information supplied will not be reissued. They are considered lost and Mountain Sports will not pay another lot of prizemoney.
When entering a Mountain Sports event you agree to abide by the instruction of the Event Marshals and Safety Staff. Failure to do so will incur a fee of up to $140 per hour per person that is required to attend to you. This condition is in place for runners who refuse to leave the course after they have missed a cut off.
