From 1km non-stop to Personal Best for 5 years
This training course is equally suited to those who are new to running, looking to run your first Parkrun, would like to run with your children, those returning to running after an extended break or sometime struggle with motivation- this group is for you.
We have the training solution to suit your needs and busy schedule.
The course builds you up over 8 weeks so you can run further, faster and more efficiently, lead by female coaches who understand how to start.

What do you receive?
Education: Upon commencement of the course, all new subscribers receive a FRESH Women's Fitness handbook with runners strength exercises, training tips, session breakdown and discounts for the course.
Professional Coaches: All our coaches are Athletics Australia accredited coaches and we are trusted partners of both Athletics WA and Triathlon WA.
Run Technique: At every session you will practice specific running drills and be given tips to make you are stronger more efficient runner.
Community: as Perth’s most trusted and experienced training group, we cater for all abilities, ages. Our Women's training group is relaxed, friendly and all inclusive!
Experienced support: Now into our 5th year, the FRESH Women Coaches have supported over 400 women to reach their goals
Great Value: We love running and want to see you all involved in the Perth running community. from $175.00 for 8 weeks (2 runs/week). That is $10 a session! (*- Plus Processing Fee)
