Ever wanted to do a triathlon but never known how to get started? Come along to our Time to Tri Indoor Triathlon! 
Triathlon Western Australia in conjunction with Beatty Park Leisure Centre  are hosting and indoor triathlon.


No bathers necessary  running gear for a morning of fun and activity. No experience necessary, all abilities are encouraged to attend. Each activity is set to a time and you do the distance you are comfortable with. Experienced Coaches will be there to help motivate and encourage you, the goal is to try your best and try something new.


Structure:
3 minute Rowing Ergo
5 minute transition
10 minute RPM
5 minute transition
7 minute treadmill run

Free for Beatty Park members; $10 entry for general public; creche available at centre for $7.50
