YMCA Swimming Lessons Master Class October 2019

In each Masterclass we will break down all four strokes, dives, starts and turns and individually work on the skills that will develop into stronger swimming. See your swimming skills progress with our Masterclass.

 

Suitable for Shark, Junior Squad 4 and Junior Squad 3 Levels

Non-members welcome

MUST BE:

- COMPETENT IN 3 METER DEEP WATER

- ABLE TO COMPLETE 50 METRE FREESTYLE

- ABLE TO COMPLETE 50 METRE BREASTSTROKE
