Ever wanted to do a triathlon but never known how to get started? Come along to our Time to Tri Indoor Triathlon! 
EFS Triathlon Club in conjunction with Melville Leisurefit Booragoon and Triathlon Western Australia are hosting and indoor triathlon.
Bring your bathers and running gear for a morning of fun and activity. No experience necessary, all abilities are encouraged to attend. Each activity is set to a time and you do the distance you are comfortable with. Experienced Coaches will be there to help motivate and encourage you, the goal is to try your best and try something new.


Structure:
10 minute indoor swim
10 minute transition
10 minute RPM
10 minute transition
10 minute outdoor run

Free for LFB members; $10 entry for general public; creche available at centre.
