DCCC Kids. Holiday club 2019 registrations

Thank you for registering for DCCC Kids Holiday Club 2019

 
If you are registering before July 5 prices will be inclusive of the 10% Early bird discount.
 
 

Don't let finances stop you from coming! Please contact us to make alternate arrangements if finances would otherwise prevent you from attending

 
Please ensure you fill out all the registration details as this will help to make your registration on the day quick and easy.

Family rates have been included in the pricing for siblings of the same family. Please ensure you are only claiming family discounts for children in the same family and not friends .
 
The family rate is $10 per day for the first child and $5 per day for each child after that.

Please note that under "Participants Details" is where the parent/guardian details need to be entered.
 
If your child has any food allergies or medical conditions, you will need to send your child to the first aid desk when you first arrive at DCCC Kids Holiday Club.

All fees associated with Kids Holiday Club go towards running costs of the week (food, crafts, license fee's etc).
