CAMPING AT MANJIMUP 2019


 
  • The payment of Camping is not admission into the event, they are separate entities, only Riders and Mechanic get admission into the event.
  • A family is defined as 2 Adults and 3 Children. 
  • Children are defined as aged between 4 to under 16 (or riding in a junior class), children under 4 are free.
  • You will sign in with the camp manager upon entry where your vehicle will be identified and your crew will be issued with camper specific wristbands.
  • You may only camp in the designated camping area, you may pit from your camp but you may not camp from the pits.
  • There is one-way traffic through the entire venue in an anti-clockwise direction the entry is through the main gate off the South West Highway and the exit through gate two onto Cosy Creek road.
  • You will receive a site plan on entry; only Motor homes can camp in the area near the exit gate.
  • After 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday the pits will be closed to all vehicles.
  • Anyone found in the camping area after a nominated time 08:00 pm without a wristband will be asked to leave.
  • Modern Toilets and Showers will be onsite for the convenience of campers only; a designated worker will keep the conveniences clean and tidy for the entire weekend only those with wristbands may these facilities.
  • Entry Gate will close at 8:00 pm unless by prior arrangement with camp manager, this is to alleviate random persons driving on the grounds that have no business to be there.
  • Entry gate re-opens 5:45 am Saturday and Sunday.
  • Lighting Towers will be turned off at approximately 09:00 pm each night.
  • Drunkenness and bad behaviour are unacceptable and anyone found to be displaying this type of behaviour will be asked to leave the campgrounds, the rider associated with the camp will be disqualified from the event
  • It would be appreciated if those with their own Shower Facilities would use them instead of the limited amount for campers. 
  • Under no circumstances can you bring a Pit Bike into the venue or the campgrounds, vehicles will be checked, you will be asked to leave the venue if you arrive with a pit bike.
