Thank you for your interest in registering as a volunteer for Leavers Green Team.
Please note you must be 18 years or older to proceed with this registration.
Leavers Green Team is a ministry of Baptist Churches Western Australia. We are proud partners of the WA Police.
We, Leavers Green Team construct and operate the Green Team Entertainment Zone which caters to over 8,000 Leavers each night, over four massive nights in November. This includes rides, DJ’s, silent discos, chill out areas, lounges, movie areas, first aid, and the list just goes on. You’ve got to see it to believe it!
Our crew is made up of over 130 volunteers from our local Baptist Churches, local community and all over WA!
Registration Fee:
- $90 early bird prior to 31 July 2019
- $130 standard price post 31 July - 21 October 2019
ONLY Credit card payments will be accepted
Registration fee includes the following
+ Accommodation
+ Food (Breakfast in your rooms, lunch and Dinner)
+ Green Team Uniform
+ Social Activities
+ Transport to and from the zone each night
+ Induction session to prepare you for your volunteer experience

If you're currently studying at university and are interested in volunteering with Green Team but are unsure of your exam dates - no worries SIGN UP HERE! Secure your spot at the EARLY BIRD rate and if your exam fall over the leaver’s week we'll give you a FULL refund!

Required Documents- Please note you will receive a separate email from Sally regarding these documents.
- Valid Working With Children Card,
- National Volunteer Police Check (within the last 3 years), and a
- Completed Leavers Green Team Waiver
Green Team Induction
It is a requirement that all volunteers attend the induction session – please mark this date in your diary.

Refund Policy
Baptist Churches Western Australia understands circumstances change and offer the following alternatives to assist you should you need to alter your registration. Cancellations can be arranged by writing to Baptist Churches Western Australia – must be received thirty (30) days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after this date.
A $30 cancellation fee will be incurred for registrations cancelled as per above policy. Baptist Churches Western Australia can allow for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please contact Baptist Churches Western Australia to discuss your circumstances.
University Student Registration
*If you're a university student and unsure of when your exams are but would like to register and secure your spot, we've created a university student - exam registration type just for you!
This will allow you to register now! Should your exam timetable be released and your exams fall over leavers week you will be eligible for a full refund. To obtain the refund you will need to submit your university exam timetable to us prior to 30 October 2019.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. The information we seek allows us to manage risk, provide reasonable care and administer your involvement in our program. We are careful to keep your information confidential, and provide it only to those agents acting on behalf of the organisation who need it to enable them to perform their agreed activities (e.g. First Aid Officer). We will not use your information for other purposes. You are welcome to contact our office in relation to issues regarding your personal information and for a copy of our Privacy Policy.
We only ask for information that is necessary for the purposes outlined in this statement. In some circumstances if you don’t provide us with all requested information you could miss the opportunity to be involved in our program.
