Please note the "Fees and Charges" information on the AFF web site (click here), in addition to the Operational Protocol on Selection (click here).  As part of the nomination process, you will be asked about travel insurance.  If you leave this blank, the standard tour insurance charge may apply.

Please note also that any registration is accepted subject to having no debts outstanding with the AFF outside the relevant credit terms or special arrangements.

Unsuccessful nominations will receive the nomination deposit (only) by way of refund.

Athletes should note that the Team Levy amount is set by Australian University Sport, and is substantially higher than that usually calculated by the AFF for its tours.  The 2015 AUS Team Participant Contribution (including airfares, accommodation, meals, entry fees etc.) for the event in Gwangju, South Korea was $4,000 per athlete.  If the AFF is required to incur additional costs, an AFF team levy will also apply.
