If the system does not recognise you as an affiliated fencer (i.e. you get an "Aw Snap" error at the affiliation verification web page), you need to first confirm that you have paid any debts owing to the AFF, then follow this up with your State Association (not the AFF) in order to avoid a late registration fee.

Normal registrations will be accepted until the date specified on the "Registrations" page on the AFF website, after which they will be considered "Late" (no exceptions): note the "Fees and Charges" information on the AFF website (click here).

By participating in this event, you agree that you have been warned of the potential of being selected for anti-doping testing and you will comply with anti-doping testing if required. The testing process and your rights and responsibilities as an athlete are outlined in the ASADA General Testing Guidelines - click here

Fencers should also note the equipment requirements, podium presentation standards,  tournament rules + FAQs - click here for more information.
