Heart Health with Biometric Medicine
Heart Health should govern all aspects of Sports and Athletics training but sadly, it is often replaced or overlooked in the quest for faster speed, time and awards.
In this era of improved biometric medicine – the proper understanding of Heart Health with correct fitness based Heart Rate goes a long way to improving the fitness and conditioning of the discerning sports people through the ages.
Imagine training for a much longer period of time over your lifespan, safe in the knowledge that your heart fitness zones are working for you, and imagine the continued power, fitness, endurance and energy that you will enjoy - not only in your prime or prior to an event but instead - ALL of the time
This workshop, filled with practical information and knowledge, is for all - therefore you should make time for your Heart Health starting now, and for your future.
This workshop is presented by Ian Wee who is Sports Medicine Director for the Perth Integrated Health Group of Companies and Belgravia Leisure WA.
