Australia Day Ocean Swim

The Australia Day swim race is part of the Tasmanian Ocean Swim series and is organised by Kingston Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

The race distances are 500m and 1.5km.

The swim is part of Kingborough’s A Day on the Beach Australia Day celebrations which is held each year on the 26th January.  The event is attended by thousands and many swimmers from around the state come down to the beach to have a swim.

Please allow extra travel time to arrive due to local road closures.
