Date:

Monday, 13 May 2019 - Monday, 20 May 2019

Location:

Shanghai

Registration closes on:

Saturday, 9 March 2019 at 11:59 PM - (GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney

Please note the "Fees and Charges" information on the AFF web site (click here), in addition to the Operational Protocols on Selection (click here) and Tour Costs (click here).  As part of the registration process, you will be asked about whether you would like to be covered by the AFF travel insurance policy.

Late registrations will attract a late fee - this additional amount will not be offset against actual tour costs for the nominating athlete, but will be applied as a contribution to the overall team costs.

In order to nominate for events that form part of the tour, you will need an FIE licence.  This is not required immediately, but you will not be able to complete your nomination unless all of the international representation pre-requisites have been competed (click here).

Important Note: nomination for the competitions that are part of this tour is an additional process, and must be done using the overseas competition entry facility (click here). As with the FIE Licence above, event entry does not need to be done at the time of tour nomination.

Fencers should note that the selection of athletes to compete in World Cup individual and team events is made in accordance with the AFF Selection Policy based on registrations received 30 days prior to the event - see clauses A4.27 to 4.31 (individual events) and clauses A4.39 to A4.41  (team events) for details.
