Focusing on the fundamental skills of netball, the program will include agility, footwork, ball control and technique correction as well as general fitness and core strength.

$160 (plus booking fee) per participant for the 8 week program

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Once your booking has been submitted and your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a tax invoice to the email address entered.
2. Cancellations made up to 14 days before the program start date will receive a refund less $10 administration fee. Cancellation 7 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the program commencing will receive no refund. In the event of injury or illness (and on presentation of a medical certificate) you will be refunded your registration fee less a $10 administration charge. Substitutions are welcome as long as we are notified by email.
3. The program will go ahead regardless of weather. In the event of heavy rain, we will relocate to an appropriate venue. Participants will be notified by email with details. Alternatively, refer to our website www.highperformancenetball.com.au.
4. I, the parent/carer of the participant - agree both on behalf of the participant and in my own right that: (i) we give our full and complete permission, without reservation or restriction to High Performance Netball to use photographic image/s of me obtained from High Performance Netball Clinics to use, reproduce and publish in any communication medium whatsoever, as determined by the Authorised parties (jointly or severally) from time to time, for educational, game development, promotional, commercial or marketing purposes; (ii) the foregoing permission is unconditional and applies in perpetuity; (iii) no fee or remuneration will be provided for the participant's appearance in any such communication mediums; and (iv) I and the participant waive, release and forever discharge the Authorised Parties from all claims, actions and liability relating to its use of said photographic image/s.
5. By completing this registration you consent that you understand it is your responsibility to inform High Performance Netball if your child has any medical issues that could be adversely affected by participating in these netball activities. Written notice of any medical condition should be forwarded to gabby@highperformancenetball.com.au within 24 hours of completing this registration for the event. This notice should include all relevant information relating to the medical condition (e.g. nature of the condition, trigger factors, medication required, required treatment etc).
