Welcome to our first ever "kids only" event.
The "KIDZ Koastal" starting at 9:00am.
THE MAXIMUM AGE ON RACE DAY IS 14 YEARS FOR ALL DISTANCES
(WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MINI-MARATHON WHICH HAS A MAXIMUM AGE ON RACE DAY OF 7 YEARS)
9:00am - 10km
9:15am - 5km
9:30am - 3km
9:45am - 1km
11:00am - 1km Cupcake Challenge relay
ANYONE RUNNING ANY OF THE EARLIER DISTANCES CAN ALSO ENTER THE CUPCAKE CHALLENGE IF DESIRED
This event will include a 1km "mini-marathon" and also a 3km, 5km & 10km distance.
The day will conclude with a 1km parent/kid cupcake challenge running relay with the "Cupcake Challenge" trophy awarded.
The kids will do the running and eating, the parents only the eating.
All run along the Semaphore coastal shared bike/walk path.
Finisher medals for all finishers.
These races are "adult free zones" but you can accompany your kids along the course if needed.
We will also have a BBQ near the finish on the lawn area next to the under cover Pavillion.
