IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ENTRY TO THIS EVENT
 
Triathlon Australia-approved wetsuits are compulsory for all age group competitors. If you do not have access to a wetsuit please contact the Event Manager on stadiumtri.kvt@gmail.com, telephone 0417 897160. Loan wetsuits can be made available on the day of the event however the size range may be limited.
 
Normal Triathlon Australia wetsuit rules apply for open competitors.   

Entries for this event will open on Thursday 1 November 2018 at 7 am (WST) and will close on Friday 22 March 2019 or when the field limit is reached.

There will not be a wait list for this event.
REFUND POLICY 

A refund (less a $40 administration fee for long course individuals and teams and $20 for short course individuals and teams) will be available until 5pm (WST), Monday 11 March, 2019.

 
Notification of your intention to withdraw from the event must be made via email to stadiumtri.kvt@gmail.com and be received prior to this date. 

After this date, no refund is available under any circumstances and your full entry fee will be forfeited. 

Under no circumstances can your entry be transferred to another person or credited towards future events.

Teams please Note -

All team members must be Triathlon Australia members to avoid the Triathlon Australia one day license fee. If applicable, the one day license fee will be charged only once per team.
