Time:Sunday's 4:00 - 5:30pm
An additional social ride with former participants will be added. Date will be confirmed with whole group in week 3. Note this is as a 2 - 3hr ride.

IMPORTANT - ALL RIDERS:
Before the course commences, all riders are required to fill in a confidential Adult Pre-Exercise Screening form, any medical concerns should be referred to your doctor prior to commencing the sessions.
All participants must have a current cycling membership coverage for dirt riding, see below MTBA or Pedal Power options.
INSURANCES
Cycle Education is covered by MTBA and has public liability insurance. To attend this course you MUST be a current member of either MTBA (Mountain Bike Australia) Pedal Power ACT or other*.
OPTIONS:
1. Mountain Bike Australia (MTBA) offers a FREE 8wk trial membership (for anyone who has not been a member in the past 3 years) Or other MTBA membership types: https://www.mtba.asn.au/membership/membership-types/
