This entry process is for fencers who wish to enter individual events at the 2018 Commonwealth Veterans Fencing Championships. There is no limit on the number of fencers who can represent Australia in the individual events - accordingly, you do not need to go through a selection process.

The entry fee of $250 per weapon has been set by the competition organisers and includes a referee levy of $100.

The Commonwealth Fencing Federation requires that all fencers hold an FIE licence (for either the 2017/18 season or the 2018/19 season) to participate in this event. To order an FIE licence, click here. The registration system has been set up to prevent you from registering until you have obtained an FIE licence. 

Australian teams

Team events will be held in each gender and weapon category. Teams are made up of 4 fencers (with no additional age restrictions) and will be selected in accordance with the AFF Selection Policy as at the entries closing date of 27 August 2018.

All fencers enter the individual event will be considered for team selection. Selected fencers will be required to pay an additional $100 towards the team entry fee.
