On the 7th November 2003, whilst in Sydney for a training course, Anthony, suffering from anxiety and depression, made a significant attempt on his life. A dramatic stroke of luck saw him survive.
Anthony shares his experience with a confronting yet powerful story of how he came to the lowest point of his life, but more importantly how he has rebuilt his life, and is now in a position to share his lessons learnt with people in need.
Anthony’s signature tool, ‘Lifeback Tracker’ cleverly tracks four simple principles, which followed put one in a better state of mind to confront and overcome life challenges.
He’s now a man on a mission, through sharing his powerful story to help reduce the rate of Suicide in Australia.
