The Event Crew - Multi Race Entry System

Welcome to The EVENT CREW's Multi Event entry system!

From here you can enter any of our Queensland Triathlon Series Events, Moreton Bay Triathlon, Gold Coast Tri and the Australian National Aquathlon Championships.

MULTI EVENT DISCOUNTS:

• Enter 2 events in the one transaction and save 5%.
• Family discount of 5% applies to single round entries only (not valid for Multi Events).  For families wanting to enter more than one round we recommend taking advantage of the multi event discount and enter as individuals to receive the higher discount.

INDIVIDUALS:  If you are participating in the event and doing the whole event yourself, enter as an individual.  If you are a member of a triathlon club, please choose this in the participant questions section.

TEAMS:  You are considered a Team if you are doing the whole event in a relay format with 2 or more people  ie. one person is swimming, one is riding and one is running (or any combination of these). Von Bibra Corporate Challenge at Gold Coast Triathlon is the exception to this where there is the standard team option (as above) or the corporate triple team where each team member completes the whole triathlon.

FAMILIES:  If you are entering family members and wish to receive the 5% family discount (3 or more same family - MIN 1 adult, 2 kids.  MAX 2 adults), you need to create a family and register all members in the family at the same time. Please note that the family discount does not apply to multi event entries - each family member should enter the multiple events as an individual to receive the higher discount available through entering multiple events as an individual (do not use the family option in this case).
