Welcome To Trackstars for Mount Hawthorn Primary School.
Front Runner Trackstars program holds a firm focus on developing correct running skills and movement patterns in children of all ages and all abilities.
This term there will be a focus on preparing all children for School Athletics Carnivals with the coaches targeting Sprints, Jumps and Running Technique (including running starts) to increase the athletes' confidence for the carnival day.
Teaching children at a young age the Skill of Running, will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

As a community, we can all relate to the impact of more sedentary lifestyles on children's endurance, speed and co-ordination and we at Front Runner are determined to help promote and develop better movement and fitness in our kids.
Focused on fun and fitness, with age specific progression in terms of game play, skill development and training, this program will help make your child run like a star!

•Shooting Stars (Age 6-8) Monday 7.30am at Mount Hawthorn Primary School Oval
•Superstars (Age 9-12) Monday 7.30am at Mount Hawthorn Primary School Oval
