Welcome to the online entries facility for the 2018 Capel 200 Trail Bike Rally.

Online entries close at midnight on Wednesday 27 June 2018. 

 Cancellations: Online entry cancellations will only be accepted up to one week before the event, and a refund of the entry fee paid less $10 administration fee will be issued as soon as possible after the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received later than one week prior to the event.

Motorcycle Registration:  Bikes MUST be either A or B Class registered and have registration number fitted.

Riders under 18 will need to be signed on at the event by their parent/guardian, or bring to the event a “Deed Of Appointment Of Temporary Guardian” form if attending the event without their parent/guardian. You can download a copy of the GUARDIANSHIP FORM from the MWA website at

Free Camping is available on Friday and Saturday night, with toilets only available.

Catering - breakfast and lunch will be available at the event on Saturday only.
