This day is aimed at new senior riders to off-road riding. Male and female, young and old!

Rider Sign on from 8.30am to 9am
Training will commence promptly at 9.00am with short breaks as required and a longer break for lunch. Aiming to finish the day by 3pm.

Please bring all your riding gear, food and fluids. Minimum of boots, long sleeved shirt and pants and a AU approved helmet.

We will begin the day with bike setup. Trainers will then have set drills for riders to complete and progress in difficulty. This is not a training day for experienced riders. We are looking to help new riders enter off-road events with confidence and knowledge of how an event will work.
