Online Registrations for the 2018 Cooks River Fun Run are now closed. You can still register on the morning of the event at Freshwater Park, Strathfield between 6.40am – 8am (5km, 2km Kids Run and 5km Walk) and 6:40am - 8.40am (10km and 10km Relay). The Cooks River Fun Run is proud to support Bowel Cancer Australia in 2018. Australia has one of the highest rates of bowel cancer in the world, with one in twelve people developing the disease. $5 from each entry to the Cooks River Fun Run will be donated to this important cause to assist with education, awareness and prevention.

The Cooks River Fun Run is a great family event and takes in the Bay to Bay Cycleway from Freshwater Park to Ford Park, Strathfield South. Participants can choose from a 5km or 10km run, a 5km walk or 10km relay. The event also features a 2km Kids Run for primary school children ages 12 and under. The run is in support of Bowel Cancer Australia, with $5 from each entry donated to research and awareness.
