The 2018 Ministers' and Leaders' Retreat will be held in Brisbane from the 9th - 11th June 2018 at the Mercure, Brisbane (85/87 North Quay, Brisbane City QLD). Sessions will commence each day at 9:00am and finish at 5:00pm (TBC).
Reverend Derald Weber and his wife will be our guest speakers. Brother Webber is a very successful church planter and will share some of his techniques and experiences. Also, following up from your expressed desire to be ministered too, we have invited him as an able minister to ministers. The Executive Board has decided to invite all ministers and pastor-endorsed leaders to attend the three day retreat (Saturday through to Monday).
Registration is $80.00 per day per person (includes GST) and must be paid in advance. Registrations close at midnight sharp on Wednesday 23rd of May. Please note that there is an additional $1.40 fee per transaction.
The registration includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea and use of facilities. Use of the Mercure facility is conditional on each person who attends paying a registration fee as well as advance notice of attendance (by Wednesday 23rd May) for catering purposes.
Brother Webber will minister first up each day. He will also speak at the Mercure in a service on Saturday night. As usual there will be a variety of topics covered, some in break-out sessions. You will be invited to register for break-out topics prior to retreat.
Help desks will be available for those seeking special advice and help on any matters of compliance associated with laws and good church management. As usual there will also be a help desk for Office 365. We encourage pastors who are struggling with some of these administrative tasks to invite their church leaders so they can be better equipped with helping in the local church.

If you are not a licensed minister or minister's spouse and your pastor has approved your attendance at the retreat you will need to provide your Pastor’s name in the field provided in the registration. If your Pastor approves your attendance your spouse is also welcome to attend.
