Please follow instructions to complete your nomination.

 •7:00am - 7:45 Sign Ons and Nominations
 • 8:00am Rider and Flaggy Brief
 • 8:15am Practice
 • Racing following practice
 • Presentations of medals after feature race

PHMCC Club Night Times 
 • 2:00 - 3:00 Sign Ons and Late Nominations
 • 3:15 Rider and Flaggy Brief
 • 3:30 Practice
 • Sunset Jump Display
 • 5:45pm Photo on Main Straight
 • Followed by all in sight lap
 • Racing Following
 • 3 Laps x 3 Feature Race
 • Time Permitting Presentations of Medals. 

Please note a $50 late fee will apply to all late nominations on a night round. 
Camping will be permitted at the track for all club days/nights. Please camp down past the pit toilets.
