BUSSELTON HALF IRONMAN CAMP

Positioned exactly 3 weeks prior to race day, this camp is the gold standard practical solution for you to build confidence and specific fitness for your first or fastest Busso Half. Regardless of your current fitness level, if Busso is your goal this camp will help you deliver on race day.

The camp is led by leading coach, Raf Baugh (B.Sc Physio) and includes training, recovery, meals and race simulation scenarios to ensure no stone is unturned in you achieving your race day goals.

Special Guest- Sports Dietitian, Alex Dreyer from Catalyst Dietitan will be in attendance offering Meal Plans, Race Fuelling Seminar and 1 on 1 30 minute consult for all attendees.

This camp is strictly limited to 10 attendees for personalised services and access to coaches and covers education, training, accommodation and meals in a relaxed and informal setting.

  • Friday Evening. The Half Workshop- Pre event meal plus overview and racing strategy discussion.
  • Saturday Morning. Practical. Pre-event meal prep
  • Saturday Morning. Race Simulation Swim Bike Run 1.5/70/12k
  • Saturday Afternoon. Recovery session- flexibility and stretching
  • Saturday Evening. Recovery session- swimming and water running
  • Sunday Morning. Multi-lap long run with race day nutrition practice
  • Sunday. Practical. Recovery healthy BBQ and wrap
