If you want to take your fitness to new heights, or if you have previously been active but need some motivation to get back into it, Boot Camp is the perfect challenge.
Boot Camp is a 9-week program designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength and endurance, and burn fat. The instructor will individualise your workload and targets based on your current level of fitness. Through a challenging yet achievable program, your fitness and confidence will progress to a new level.Week 5 will feature a nutrition session to help you stay on track and refresh you.
The program consists of a variety of training methods including Interval and Functional Training to help you increase your strength, power, balance and flexibility.
Details:
• 9-week program
• 3 x one hour sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (No sessions in Week 5 - Nutrition session to run)
• Mornings (6am – 7am)
• Payment up-front and no makeup sessions
• Must be 16 years of age or over to participate
Dates:
Boot Camp sessions take place three times per week, with the first session on Monday 5th February and the final session on Wednesday 28th March 2018.
