2018 Port Hedland Motorcycle Club Memberships

Memberships

  1. Family Racing Package - $250 – (Gate key Inclusive)

     $150 membership fee

     $100 Busy Bee fee – reimbursable at the end of year presentations.

     Busy bee rules are as follows,

    • Must complete 2 full nominated busy bee days to be eligible to receive $100 BB fee back at the EOY presentations.

    • Must attend EOY presentations to be eligible to receive $100 BB fee back.

  2. Individual Racing Package - $200 - (Gate key Inclusive)

     $100 membership fee

     $100 Busy Bee fee – reimbursable at the end of year presentations

     Busy bee rules are as follows,

    • Must complete 2 full nominated busy bee days to be eligible to receive $100 BB fee back at the EOY presentations.

    • Must attend EOY presentations to be eligible to receive $100 BB fee back.

  3. Recreational Package – Family and Individual (Non-Racing) - $200 - (Gate key Inclusive)

     $150 membership fee -  $50 Gate Key Fee – reimbursable at the end of year presentations

       • No Busy Bee requirements needed.

       • Must attend EOY presentations to be eligible to receive $50 Gate Key fee back.

  4. Family Social Member - $100     Individual Social Member - $50
       • Free Entry to MX night events.

All Gate Access keys are to be Returned to the Club Registrar on or before the Club Presentation night.

A $50 Non-Return Fee will apply if keys are lost or not returned.
