Please have your licence details to hand before starting this process.
Your membership card(s) will be posted to you along with a gate pass if applicable. Membership cards will be posted out after 22nd January and on a Friday every week after that, until you receive your membership card a copy of the confirmation will suffice, gate keys will be updated on 16th January. Gate keys will be updated every Monday so please check before heading to the track by texting the number below.
You must hold a Practice Supervisors licence to be eligible for a gate key. If you feel you are eligible, please select gate key from the options. There is no charge for a key. Gate keys will only be issued to the Member with the Practice Supervisors licence if you are using a family member as your practice supervisor your key will only be issued if that person will be with you whenever you are at the track e.g. Parents of Junior riders and not for example a brother living at a different address.
We have a current pit shed waiting list. Pit sheds are payable separately through bank deposit, before 1st February 2018. If payment is not received the pit shed will be made available to wait list members.

Create a Family-use this for family memberships. You need to create a 'Captain' for your family. A captain can be any member of the family and does not need to be a participant/rider, but would usually be a parent or the oldest rider in the family. PLEASE NOTE The Snr/Jnr Family Membership is limited to 2 Senior riders this is designed for family members all living at the same address e.g. parents that ride as well or children still living at home. Any senior riders not living at home will have to take out their own single membership. the club had the right to cancel memberships if this rule is not obeyed. if you have any questions please contact our membership secretary Dan Robinson after 3pm on weekdays on 0455 024 962 or day time at weekends.
Your busy bee and flag fee has now been included in membership pricing, this will be fully refunded upon completion of each part. ($100 for one day of flagging. $50 for participating in one busy bee, 2 hours minimum.) We will be in contact regarding dates and you will be rostered on when your membership is processed.
