Before completing this registration form, please ensure you have read the Make Smoking History 2018 State Junior Championships Regulations and all associated Supplementary Regulations at  http://www.wamx.com.au/ or www.motorcyclingwa.org.au

TRANSPONDERS: 

Transponders are compulsory.  Either the hire (including admin fee $15) or admin fee only ($5) has been added to your entry fee, depending on which option you choose (Transponder or No Transponder). 


 LATE ENTRIES

Late entries will be accepted with a $50.00 fee and compulsory Shift 3 flag duty.
