Thursday 1st March 2018
   8.30am to  4.30pm - Flight Instruction School with Kyle Stacy & Nick Maxwell. No entry to anyone other than those participating in the school. 
   4:30pm - Field re-opens at 4:30pm for camp sites to be setup.

Friday 2nd March 2018 
   8.00am to  5.00pm - General Flying and Kyle Stacy & Nick Maxwell Demos

Saturday 3rd March 2018
   8.00am to  5.00pm - General Flying and Kyle Stacy & Nick Maxwell Demos,  
                      6.30pm - Dinner
                      9.00pm - Night flying session

Sunday 4th March 2018
   9.00am to 12.00pm - General Flying
                    12:00pm - Pilots willing to stay on later are welcome to do so but the field will be reopened to regular club members and all club rules must be followed.
Catering available at the field.
