Swims
1.1km swim - All age groups from 12 years through to 70+
2.2km swim - Trial event with Female and Male categories only
Price
Pre-registration - $40 for 1 swim, $50 for both swims
On the day - $45 for 1 swim, $60 for both swims
Registration
Registration will be set up on the beach side of the South Melbourne Life Saving Club and open from 7.30am, for all swimmers to collect their swim cap and other items.
On the day Registrations will open at 7.30am for all swimmers to collect their coloured cap and other items.
Registration closes at 10.00am. All swimmers who have not collected their cap and items will not be able to swim.
Getting to South Melbourne Beach
Driving - Limited metered parking is available on Beaconsfield Parade.
The #1 tram (South Melbourne Beach) is an option for those who do not wish to drive and the tram stop is approx 100m from the clubhouse.
Wave times will be posted on the South Melbourne LSC website http://www.southmelbournelsc.com.au/port-to-park-swim.html closer to the date of the event.
