If you register before 31st January 2018 then you can choose to pay in 3 installments. The first payment is made at the time of registration, the second payment is a month later and the final payment the month after that (two months after registration). Each payment is one third of the total amount due.

To register for the Mudgee Bike Muster 2018 you must first accept the waiver & terms and conditions as set out below.

Once you have accepted these, please choose your registration type (individual or family) and complete all details. You may also register other people or families.
There are Family Discounts available for Families with 2 adults and 3 or more children (i.e: 3rd, 4th, 5th child etc are registered at a $30 discount per child)
Under 5's are registered FREE - accordingly this does not include any catering or a souvenir T-Shirt.  You may purchase catering and or a T-Shirt for any under 5's - these options will be available to you as part of the registration process.


Standard Registration - - includes Breakfast (Sat, Sun & Mon) & Lunch (Sat & Sun)


Adult (15 years and over) camping on-site: $225
Child camping on-site (6-14 years): $120

Adult staying off-site: $210
Child staying off-site (6-14 years): $105

Fully Catered Registration - includes Breakfast (Sat, Sun & Mon), Lunch (Sat & Sun) & two course Dinner (Fri, Sat & Sun)


Adult (15 years and over) camping on-site including evening meals: $315
Child camping on-site (6-12 years) including evening meals: $195
Child camping on-site (13 or 14 years) including evening meals: $210

Adult staying off-site including evening meals: $300
Child staying off-site (6-12 years) including evening meals: $180
Child staying off-site (13 or 14 years) including evening meals: $210

Registrations placed before December 31 are classed as Early Bird registrations and are split into three equal payments with 1/3 being payable at the time of making your registration, 1/3 one month later and the final 1/3 payment two months later.

If you are also purchasing under 5's catering or under 5's souvenir t-shirt you MUST click on the "Add Items(s)" button next to the quantity for each additional item to add these to your registration
Make sure you check your registration summary and have included all items you require.


Refunds for cancellations will only be available up until 2 weeks prior to the event or until the event is SOLD OUT whichever is the earlier. After this refunds will only be available if a suitable replacement for registration can be found. A $25 administration fee applies to all cancellations or refunds.
If the registrant requesting a cancellation is a winner of the Early Bird registration prize then NO refunds will be granted.
