Skills Training for Women – Term 4, 2017

 

All age women skills and fitness training in a non-competitive environment.

  • Tuesday morning program @ 9.30am
  • Friday morning program @ 9.30am

 

Session Structure:

•                    Warm-up

•                    Skill Development

•                    Small Sided Games

The program will be run at the Willis Centre (courts 14 & 15) on artificial turf. Due to the artificial playing surface training sessions will NOT be cancelled due to wet weather. Numbers are limited.

Free trial sessions are available. You can join the program mid-term.
