The SUCK: any situation where conditions are undesirable, a testament to the dedication of those who endure it.

Created by Guinness World Record Holder, 2x Spartan Death Race Winner and Gut Check Fitness Founder, Joe Decker, each SUCK event consists of many hours of individual fitness challenges consisting of miles of trail running, carrying heavy objects, military calisthenics plus strongman lifts and much more. Even though the SUCK is extremely challenging the end goal is empowerment for every participant. From Joe, "We are not there to crush you but to motivate you. We all have weaknesses and you'll find them out there in the woods around 2 AM in the morning. Recognize them then adapt and overcome. Come join us at one of the voted "Most Extreme Fitness Tests in the World“."

The SUCK (12 Hours) is open to anyone that feels they have they have the drive, determination and what it takes to earn a challenge coin. Even though it's a competition, the primary goal is to have fun, motivate one another to finish and ultimately define your own limits by going beyond them. Do you think you have what it takes to EMBRACE THE SUCK?!

The GUT CHECK: a test of courage, character and determination.

The GUT CHECK (4 Hour mini-SUCK) Not ready for the 12 Hour SUCK, then join us for the 4 Hour GUT CHECK. It will consist of four hours of individual fitness challenges consisting of a few miles of trail running, carrying objects, military calisthenics plus modified strongman lifts and more. The goal is certainly to challenge and empower you but also to give you just a little taste of what the SUCK might be like. We think you'll be hooked.

All finishers that complete all the mandatory tasks for their event will receive either a one of a kind challenge coin for the 12 hour or a very cool medal for the 4 hour. These can not be purchased and must be earned. Are you ready for a GUT CHECK?! Time to EMBRACE THE SUCK.
