A small discrete group of people in the West Arthur community ("Users") wish to have keys to access the Darkan Swimming Pool ("Pool").

There is no Lifeguard on-duty at the Darkan Swimming Pool and therefore, from a water safety perspective, it is vital the User possess a range of swimming and water safety skills, an understanding of pool usage, an awareness of the restrictions in place to minimise the dangers, and an ability to raise the alarm in an emergency.

Users must have completed the Key Holder Competency Course.
