This training course is equally suited to those who are new to running, looking to run your first Parkrun, would like to run with your children, those returning to running after an extended break or sometime struggle with motivation- this group is for you.

We have the training solution to suit your needs and busy schedule.

The course builds you up over 8 weeks so you can run further, faster and more efficiently, lead by a female coach who understands how to start.

Running Fitness (2 runs/ week + 1 self directed) $195.00
 New to Running (2 runs/ week) + Pilates in the Park $355.00
Running Fitness (2 sessions/week) + Pilates in the Park $355.00
 Pilates in the Park (8 sessions) $160.00
Build your Fitness (3 runs/ week) $290.00 

 

  • Monday 6am- 7am The Running Centre (1273 Hay Street West Perth)- supervised
  • Wednesday 6am- 7am The Running Centre (1273 Hay Street West Perth)- supervised
  • Friday 6am- 7am Lake Monger (Dodd St end Wembley)- supervised
  • Friday 6.00am- 6.45am Pilates in the Park (Mat Pilates- meet at 2/182- 184 Harborne St Wembley)
  • Weekend Self Directed Endurance Run
  • Course Goal- Shelley 5km Parkrun 2 December 8am

OPTIONAL ADD ON: Pilates in the Park (6.00am- 6.45am Friday's, meet at 2/182-184 Harborne St Wembley)


What do you receive?

  • Education: Upon commencement of the course, all new subscribers receive a FRESH Women's Fitness handbook with educational blogs, training tips, session breakdown and discounts for the course.

  • Professional Coaches: All our coaches are Athletics Australia accredited coaches and we are trusted partners of both Athletics WA and Triathlon WA.

  • Personal Paces: Your goals and training need to be specific to you. We take the time to establish your personal run pace zones and reassess them throughout the course to quantify your training and measure your improvement.

  • Experienced support: Now into our 3rd year, the FRESH Women Coaches have supported over 300 women to reach their goals

  • Great Value: We love running and want to see you all  involved in the Perth running community. from $195.00 for 8 weeks (2 runs/week). That is $12 a session! (*- Plus Processing Fee)
