WELCOME TO DINDINDI DRUMS DRUM FIT TERM 2 WORKSHOPS

Take part in a little self care.  Feel some rhythm.  Relax.  Join the Tribe.  .

FIND YOUR GROOVE.

Join Gina in a mash up class combining drumming with some dance and aerobic movement, that will make you feel energised, and relaxed.  The class finishes with a 15 minute meditation to round off your self care. 
This class is fun, rhythmic and requires no drumming or other experience. 

Bring a yoga mat for your stretches and meditation, and a fun and open attitude.  All drums are provided.  No experience necessary!!

Dates: 6 Thursday evenings, starting 4th May 2017

TIME: 7-8pm

Location: Bunbury - venue advised on registration.

Cost:  $140.00
