QMWS Whisky Expo Event Ticketing

Tickets are now on sale for the 2017 QMWS Whisky Expo.

Now in its seventh year, this year's event promises to be the best yet!

This year there are two sessions - Friday, 14 July 2017 6pm-9pm and Saturday, 15 July 2pm - 5pm.

What's included in my ticket?
- Opportunity to taste over 80 whiskies - both old favourites and new releases
- A QMWS Glencairn whisky tasting glass
- A QMWS pen that you can use to take notes and order whiskies on the day
- Canapes served throughout the event
- Bottled water
- Pop up bar provided by The Gresham Bar with a tasting cocktail available at the event
- An opportunity to chat to brand ambassadors and industry people about whisk(e)y
- A fun and enjoyable day out!

Dress code
As the event is being held in the Brisbane Club, we ask that guests wear smart casual attire.  The club prefers guests not to wear jeans.  No jacket or tie is required.  If you are inappropriately attired, the club may refuse entry.

Retail sales
Due to Queensland's liquor licensing laws, no whiskies can be sold take-away on the day.  However, we'll have a number of retailers on site to take your orders, with delivery and pickup options available after the event.QMW

QMWS Glencairn glass offer
Additional six packs of Glencairn glasses will be available for purchase at the event.  The cost of these is $50 for a pack of six.  You can also purchase an additional glass for $10, however please be aware that these glasses do not come in individual boxes.

The fine print
We support the responsible service of alcohol and this policy will be in place at all times.  We encourage regular water consumption and bottled water will be provided at the event.  Spittoons will be provided at each table, we encourage the use of these to maximise your tasting experience.  Abusive and/or aggressive language or disruptive behaviour towards Brisbane Club employees, QMWS members and/or brand ambassadors will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave should this occur.
