Mentone Open Water Swim 2017

ATTENTION: Some last minute changes to the 2017 Mentone Open Water Swim:

The swim will be a non-competitive (no official timing done)

  • 1km open water swim
  • Splash and Dash
Located in the sheltered Beaumaris Bay, under the watchful eye of Mentone Life Saving Club. This is a fantastic event for first time and experienced open water swimmers.

Saturday 2nd December, Registration and check in starts at 9am

Entry Fees:
1km Swim: $10 
Splash & Dash: $10

9:00 am  On the Day Registration & Check In Opens

9:45 am Safety briefing for 1km Open Water Swim (18+ Age Groups) 
10:00 am  1km Open Water Swim commences (18+ Age Groups)
10:30  am  Safety briefing for Splash & Dash
11:00 am  Splash & Dash commence
11:15 am Safety briefing for 1km Open Water Swim (11-17 Age Group) 
11:30 am  1km Open Water Swim commences (11-17 Age Group)
 
Prizes:
1st, 2nd & 3rd Place for splash & Dash
