Registering online
If you are registering as an individual, on the next page select “I’m a Participant”. If you are a couple with no children, register separately for each individual.
If you are a family with children, on the next page select “Create a Family”. Please note, when selecting this option, family names have to be unique, so if your family name is not accepted at first, you can add a digit (eg Bloggs1, Bloggs2 etc) until it is accepted. After you have registered yourself (for some reason you will be called the Captain), you will need to register each family member by selecting the "Add a Family Member" button on the Family Summary page.
Venue
The Conference is held at Carinya Christian School, Tamworth, 25 Boronia Dr. Main sessions are in the School’s Performing Arts Centre. The Youth Camp, creche, and childrens programs are based in School classrooms. Conference lunches, and all Youth Camp meals are on site.
The School is off Calala Lane, which runs from the New England Highway 4km on the Sydney side of the town centre. About 2km along Calala Lane, there are two entries to the School … the first just past the 60km/h sign, and the second via Boronia Drive, 200m further on.
Children's Programs
A staffed creche runs every session for children
aged 3 years and under.
Programs for juniors (
Age 4 to Year 2 at school) and for primaries (
Years 3—6) run twice each day...
• during the second Conference session each morning
• during the afternoon sessions on Saturday and Sunday
Children in these age groups join the first Conference session each day.
There is also an all-age sports and activity program between lunch and the afternoon session on Saturday.
Youth Camp
A live-in Youth Camp runs on site as an integral part of the Conference and caters for secondary students and others up to age 20.
Youth campers attend all Conference talks and lunches. They enjoy an additional program which includes recreational activities and discussion groups. Breakfasts and dinners are at the camp.
By registering, campers commit to staying on-site for the whole Conference, except where prior arrangements are made with youth camp leaders.
Campers are asked to bring air-bed, pillow, sleeping bag, plates and cutlery, towels, toiletries etc, and a contribution to suppers.
The Camp commences at 8pm on Friday.

Lunches, morning teas and afternoon refreshments are all provided at the Conference. (There is no provision for special dietary needs.)
