Want a fun and friendly group that teaches you how to run confidently? If you have thought you can’t run, or you are returning to exercise after children, or sometimes struggle with motivation, then this group is for you!
Perth’s most qualified and friendly running coaching team have extensive experience and satisfaction in helping non runners, or those who have had an extended break, get into running and get fitter, healthier and more confident. This course builds you up over 8 weeks so you can run further, faster and more efficiently, lead by a female coach who understands how to start.
Best of all, it is FUN and takes place with a like-minded group, in a central location, at times that can fit around your busy lifestyle!
FRESH Running Group - $195.00 8 Week Course
- 3 training sessions per week for 8 weeks (2 coached sessions Mon & Wed 6am)
- Weekly group email providing course updates, milestones and motivation
- Training Times: –
Monday 6.00-7.00am, The Running Centre, West Perth (Easy Endurance Run)
Wednesday 6.00-7.00am, The Running Centre, West Perth (Strength/Fartlek)
Saturday – Self directed endurance run
- Commences Monday, 1st May 2017.
- Coarse goal: WAMC Women's Classic 5k Sunday June 25th.
- Only $195.00 and open to only 30 participants
- What to bring – water bottle, towel, headlamps must be worn during Winter.
