Welcome to the 2017 Membership Registration

 of the Geraldton Harriers Running and Walking Club.


Using this on-line registration you can complete and pay by credit card Geraldton Harriers 2017 season membership, timing bands and discounted club merchandise for yourself,  your partner and/or your family.

2017 Season Membership Subscription

Membership costs are set according to the age of participant (s) at the first Club Championship for 2017, this day is the 21st of May.

 Adult  (18yrs & over to 64 at first championship event)


 Adult <18yrs (adult under 18 at first championship event)


 Family (up to 4 members, additional members $20pp)


 Junior  (16yrs and under at first championship event)


 Senior  (65yrs & over at first championship event)

*The use of Club Timing Bands is now required for all club events.  Club Bands can be retained and utilised from season to season but are not interchangeable between members; if you forget yours we can’t provide you with a temporary replacement.

There is no casual membership.
If you wish to participate on an occasional basis, you must pay a visitors fee at the registration desk prior to race briefing on the day of the Event.


Registration Requirements

If you are paying for partners or friends it is important that they have also read and understood the declaration, or you ave agreed to the declaration on their behalf.

Family membership requires an adult acting as family captain to create the family entry, and enter the family member details. Under 18 members will require that a guardian has agreed to the declaration on their behalf.

Registration details for addresses, contact details, emergency contact information and club merchandise purchases can be updated by you during the season using the link sent to you by e-mail on registration confirmation.

In completing the registration form, you will need to include an email address. If you do not have a required email address please choose a fellow family member or a fellow Harriers members that you are in regular contact with as we do send important club event information by email. Otherwise please check our website or keep in contact with the club news, at club event days.

In participating in Geraldton Harriers events we require participants, and under 18's under their care to ensure they are competent, fit and adequately trained to safely participate in our club events.

If you have a health condition, which may require club officials provide assistance when you participate at Geraldton Harriers events, please provide details when asked during this registration and where appropriate notify club officials at club events.

To complete registration you are required to acknowledge you have read and agreed to the registration Declaration. It includes information on the use of names and images in club publications, and the requirements of duty of care as individuals and guardians of children attending Geraldton Harriers events.
