ICEWORLD FIGURE SKATING CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Valid 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018

Please provide the detail of the General Membership (ADULT - NON Skating) or Senior Membership (ADULT skating over 18years ) on the next page . 

 

Junior/Sub-Junior member detail (if required) will be sought at stage 3 of the registration. 

Please be aware that Junior and/or Sub-Junior membership must be purchase in-conjunction with either a Adult (Non-Skating) or Senior Member. 

Junior members are Levels Preliminary and above

Sub-Junior are Aussie Skate Level members.
