Welcome to the first Amie St Clair - Lap the Lake, to be held Sunday March 12 at Apex Park, Lake Albert.

This is a fundraising event for the Amie St Clair Melanoma Trust designed for people wanting to walk or run their first 5km event and those more serious runners who want a fast 10km or Half Marathon course around the picturesque Lake Albert in Wagga Wagga.

Families are encouraged to participate and there are discounted prices for family groups of up to six.

Event prices:
8am - Half Marathon - $30 Adult (16 & over)
9am - 10km - $25 Adult (16 & over), $15 Child (under 16), $50 Family (up to 2 Adults & 4 children)
9:30am - 5km - $20 Adult (16 & over), $10 Child (under 16), $40 Family (up to 2 Adults & 4 children)

For those wanting to attempt their first 5km walk or run, there is an option to sign up for a 'Your first 5km in 5 weeks' training and coaching program run by Jared Kahlefeldt from Workout Gym. These sessions are on every Saturday, from 8:30-9:30am until the day of the event - meet down at the Workout Gym in Morgan Street.

For your entry donation you will receive the satisfaction of helping beat melanoma; plus a race day bib, a finisher's certificate, with a sausage sandwich and a bottle of water supplied after the event. Your race day bibs and golf umbrellas (if you purchased one) will be available for collection the morning of the event. Please arrive early to collect your race day bib.

When registering for Groups and Corporates, you can create a Group link and send it out to invite all those colleagues, friends and family who you wish to 'race' under your Group name.

This event is part of our fund raising efforts for Mel Cotterill and Peter Adams singing for the Trust in this years' Thomas Bros Wagga Wagga Takes 2 event to be held April 20th-22nd.
