Lucy Cornes presents a compelling and thoughtful narrative on understanding how perception and use of time impacts on self esteem, productivity and happiness.

The session will cover Lucy's own experiences including how having a child with chronic illness forced her to think differently about time.

She shares her learnings though that period of her life and describes how they continue to influence her as a mother and entrepreneur.

Attendees will leave with several new ideas on perceptions of time and be challenged to consider if their own time management is contributing positively or negatively towards a fulfilled life.
